I am Melissa.

I am a mother to 3 awesome kids and owner of a new and prospering home-based business.

In my spare time I love to learn about pretty much anything.

I can read for hours and still not want to stop.

I homeschool my kids and was homeschooled as a kid myself.

I am more liberal than most liberals, but don’t worry, I’ll never run for public office ;)

I love everyone – especially you.

I am into healthy food and lifestyle.

I like beauty and enjoy finding it in places where other people miss it.

I like to study religion, but do not like being a part of it :P

I am a programmer and I code in C#, JavaScript, PHP, HTML, XML, CSS, and some other less significant languages.

I am a pregnancy & birth guru – seriously, ask me anything!

I love to dance – with music or without.

I like to share, even if it is the last one that I have left.

I am single and plan to stay that way.

I birthed my last 2 babies at home without the assistance of a doctor or midwife and I did this on purpose.

I can fix VCRs that are not working well or at all.

I love love love to cook – especially baking and most especially yummy pastries.

I like music a lot, the genre does not matter so much to me, it is all art!

Video games are fun to play and fun to make.

I plant trees every chance I get, they will live much longer than I will.

I am a planner and have written daily, weekly, annual, 5 year, and 20 year plans and I stick to them.

I am probably not as flexible as I should be, lol.

I do my own automobile maintenance and repair – and I am good at it.

I don’t have a favorite color.

I believe in world peace and will participate in anything that makes this world more gentle.
