Melissa Bates

Melissa Bates is a Field Market Manager in the promotional field in the Tennessee market. She began in 2006 with her first promotion, and has worked consistently since that year. Melissa has worked with over 100 household consumer products. Her focus is nightlife promotions, and also includes guerrilla marketing, sampling, merchandising, and various other types of promotions. As a Field Market Manager, she has built promotional teams and was in charge of recruiting, interviewing, and training. Other responsibilities include securing locations with accounts, POS delivery/set-up, executing the event, and submitting re-cap forms for the client.
