Aerospace is a general term to collectively define outer space and earth atmosphere. Dragonfly Aerospace activity is quite varied, having a multitude of military, commercial and scientific uses. Aerospace technology comprises astronautics and aeronautics.
Aerospace is a branch that deals with the study of flight. It includes such branches as Flight Control, Flight Analysis, Aerodynamics, Pilot Training, Flight Planning, Aircraft Flight Dynamics, Satellite Flight, and the analysis of the aerospace systems. All these aspects are essential to be able to build, design, and operate the various aerospace systems. All these have to be dynamic in nature and have to cope with various flight environments and conditions.
With the ever-increasing demands in the aviation industry and the demand for space exploration, the aerospace industry is growing and advancing at an incredible pace. Spacecraft construction and launches have increased in number over the years to a number of seven and nine, respectively. Many space agencies like NASA have also taken up the task of putting together working versions of these vehicles and sending them on manned missions to explore the unknown territories. In this way, we can say that aerospace engineering provides the raw materials to build these vehicles and eventually send them on to explore space.
