I am also passionate about educating others and sharing, so I'm a frequent speaker at conferences on Employee Engagement, Internal Communications, Social Media and Intranet Design.

Social Intranets and Social Business

Social intranets are just awesome and make my mission a whole lot easier. Four years ago I implemented a Jive intranet for a leading digital company and it was one of the first truely social intranets in the world.

Under my guidance for four years, it became a core business tool that enabled the team to communicate and collaborate - and created an innovative, engaged, transparent and fun culture.
