Welcome to my nutrition blog!

My name is Melissa Johnston. I am a Registered Dieitian and Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist with a master's in Nutrition Education (MA, RD, LDN). I am currently working as a clinical dietitian at a community hospital in Roxborough, PA.

My passion for nutrition and health began in college when I took an introductory nutrition course. I quickly realized what an important role nutrition plays in leading a healthy lifestyle including disease prevention.

My goal is to share my nutrition knowledge with others to help others enjoy a healthful lifestyle.
