Melissa Ochsner

I am a Technology Project Leader for the Bismarck Public School district in Bismarck ND. I lead teams in planning, implementing, & supporting technology end-user tools/applications. I promote and assist educators in the use of district technology. Models technology integration and trains others in coordination with the Technology Training Coordinators. Provides direct support to building staff and students. Solves escalated problems, serves as a project manager for end-user tools/application, and trains/coaches others.

Over the course of several years in related work experience I have interacted daily and extensively with all types of people – administrators, teachers, students, managers, clients, employers, and customers– in sometimes difficult or complex situations. Provide face to face, remote and digital and print material training. Fielded questions and expedited service, building good will, teamwork and stimulating new and continuing business.
