Melissa Rancourt

Apart from being a self-confessed geek and unconditional fan of The Big Bang Theory TV Show, I have a tendency to wear many hats... and to continue to keep buying more. For over 20 years, I have worked as an Industrial Engineer and Business Leader in manufacturing, healthcare, private industry, association and small business environments. For the past 10 years, I also teach in the evenings for university Masters level courses in business and engineering.

Along the way, I have contracted the contagious entrepreneurial disease that entices me to keep starting new businesses. In the past three years, I have created just as many businesses -- an international project management firm called greenlight, a non-profit organisation called greenlight for girls, and a wellbeing company called Serendipity Wellness.
