My career vision is: I lead a department where students come first. We are always working to keep our students options open and encouraging them to follow their passions. I am continuously improving upon our vision for a better future for myself, my students, my department and my school. I support my co-workers in their work and I am willing and able to do whatever is needed to make this vision a reality.
