Stand out from the rest:
I have a natural ability to get along quickly with people and it has helped me stand out in previous roles. I can emphasize with people from many different backgrounds, build good relationships with customers quickly, and understanding what customers want. In my previous job I was constantly talking to customers and I liked the challenge of being able to satisfy their needs and wants.
Personality:
My colleagues have told me that I am very organized and great at time management. One time when I was working with a team, my teammates applauded my way of creating a schedule and sticking to it. By doing this, we were able to not only complete the project but finish it early.

In order for myself to lead I am sensitive of other people's feelings, listen to people, respect people's differences, treat people the way they want to be treated, and resolve interpersonal problems as soon as possible.
