Melissa Di Mieri is a Business Development Consultant with Vital Plus, supporting clinic partners across Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.
With over 40 years of experience in the beauty, wellness and clinical aesthetics industry, Melissa brings a rare combination of clinical expertise, business acumen and strategic sales experience. She holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science, is a Registered Nutritionist, has been a practising beauty therapist since 1999, and holds a Training & Assessment (TAE) qualification — giving her a well-rounded foundation across science, education and clinical practice.
As a former owner of five successful skin clinics, Melissa has first-hand knowledge of what it takes to build, scale and sustain a clinic business. She understands the real pressures of managing teams, driving retail and treatment performance, and maintaining profitability at every stage of growth.
