Melissa is a lifelong learner, always in search of new skills and techniques to implement in her day to day. Her passion has always leaned towards education in different scenarios like for example; in the healthcare industry as a sales representative her focus was not just the sale, it was in the education of the product and how that product can positively change the life of a person. Education towards different health practitioners guided her to develop techniques of communication in order to become efficient and at the end achieve the goal which led to the sale.

Melissa has a strong sense of teamwork, she thanks her mentors along the way in her career; whom with many continues to have communication.
