In college, during my first NFL internship, I came accross this quote "“Sport has the power to change the world,” Mandela said. “It has the power to inspire. It has the power to unite people in a way that little else does. It speaks to youth in a language they understand. Sport can create hope where once there was only despair. It is more powerful than government in breaking down racial barriers."
My passion for working in the sports industry goes above that of being a fan of a team or player and know the impact that sport can have on a person, family and community.
