Melissa is consultant that helps companies meet their business and customer-experience goals by changing how they think about content.

Melissa has worked in multiple industries with both large and entrepreneurial organizations.

Responsible for business development and partnerships, Melissa understands the importance of transparency, clear communication and solving problems.

She mentors new content strategists through in-house training at Content Strategy Inc, has taught at the University of British Columbia and developed training for Content Marketing Institute and MarketingProfs.

This year, she is presenting at STC Technical conference and World IA Day Vancouver.

Originally from Brisbane, Australia, Melissa is happy to call Vancouver home (but misses the beach and waves at Burleigh Heads).
