I am a certified K-9 teacher in Michigan. After working with children of all ages, I have found that my heart has found its place in the “middle” working with young adolescents. I have taught middle school Science, Math, Language Arts, and Computer Science.

I have also acted as a leader in my building as the school's Digital Literacy Specialist. In this position, I assisted teachers and students in integrating technology into their classes, maintained the school's library and programs, and built and promoted a makerspace to both students and staff.
