With over 15 years experience in high volume management recruitment, training and human resources sector, Melissa has earned herself a reputation as a highly committed and recognised industry professional. As Director of Bright Training & Employment Partners, Bright Group Australia & Bright Futures Foundation NFP, Melissa is actively involved with the continual development of resources within industry. Melissa has worked on multi million dollar HR contracts within Australia & New Zealand, including shutdowns and expansion projects in both underground and surface open cut mining, construction and heavy industrial sectors. Melissa specialises in blue collar recruitment Labour Hire solutions and known as a major go to Permanent Placement Consultant for Queensland. Melissa is also actively involved in Local community projects of which support local Youth Groups, Aboriginal and Torres Straights Islanders, LGBTQ, Homeless and Domestic Violence NFP organisations.
