Melissa Caraballo

Hello there! I am Melissa Caraballo. I am from Colombia and i have been living in the United States for the last three years. I am a spanish native speaker and english fluent. I have a bachelor's degree in Comunications which i put to use at my home town Mayor's office, the greater city of Cartegena (fitth larger city in Colombia).

My work there focused on Communications with an emphasis in journalism, public relations, social media outreach and local TV reports.

Recently my focus and interest have expanded to leadership, mentoring, coaching and managing for which i am pursuing a Master Degree in Management and Organizational Leadership and i am graduating on the spring of 2016.

As part of my leadeship philosophy i share this though of English writer and politician Benjamin Disraeli: "The greatest good you can do for another is not just to share your riches but to reveal to him his own".

I am passionate about culture, diversity, language, leadership, traveling and helping others be the best they can be. It has been an exciting journey so far, can't wait to see where i will be next!
