I am a Lawyer and Translator currently living in Sintra, Portugal. I really enjoy time spent in court as a Lawyer and everything I´ve chosen to do professionally. Maybe this is a result of my love for the theater and having studied Theater Arts for many years ....... As per Shakespeare " The world is a stage"

Outside of work I like to spend time with my husband, family and friends. I appreciate a lovely Sunday lunch and stroll with the hubby and French bulldog (Rocky). I love music, theater, cinema, and also somehow find time for gym 3 times a week.

FACT: In ancient mythology, Melissa is known as the Queen-Bee Goddess . Young Zeus was also cared for by Melissa in Greek mythology. The fairy who helps Rogero escape from the witch Alcina in Ludovico Ariosto's poem 'Orlando Furioso' (1516) was also called Melissa.
If I could go back in time I'd love to travel to the medieval times, as I am fascinated by that era!

People I would like to have met...... Eleanor Roosevelt , for her magnificent contribution to the field of human rights, as well as Marilyn Monroe the iconic film legend with all her glamour and so called sophistication , and quoted to have said: " So keep your head high, keep your chin up, and most importantly, keep smiling, because life's a beautiful thing and there is so much to smile about."
