She holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Behavior Management and is a Certified Leadership Coach accredited through the International Coach Federation (ICF). She has provided coaching to over 100 leaders at all organizational levels resulting in the achievement of their personal and professional goals to include promotions to the next level of leadership.
