Melissa Garba Baker, MS, RD

I am a nutrition, public health, and nonprofit management professional who has 10+ years experience, as well as graduate education in Nutrition and Non-Profit Management. I earned my MS in Nutrition from Hunter College and my MPA from New York University, where I studied International Nonprofit Management & Policy. Recently, I successfully completed Sodexo's Distance Dietetic Internship Program. As part of Sodexo's program, I completed rotations in the following areas:

  • Clinical Dietetics: ICU (EN/PN), Renal, Cardiac, GI, Respiratory, HIV/AIDS, Pediatrics (NICU, PICU, and Pediatric Weight Management), Diabetes (Inpatient and Outpatient), Bariatric Weight Management
