Melissa Hurst is a mom, instructor, entrepreneur, professional blogger, freelance writer, and speaker. After being laid off in 2007, she pursued her second Master's degree to starting teaching college courses, which was a lifelong goal. She also started SavingCentsWithSense.net, a site dedicated to helping families find quality products, store deals, and money saving tips, in order to help others along the path of frugal living.
