Melissa Fleming
Melissa worked in marketing and promotion at Hearst Magazines and Condé Nast Publications in New York City for over a decade. She has worked for Harper's BAZAAR, House Beautiful, Town & Country, Vanity Fair and VOGUE magazines. She is also a contributing writer at Time Out New York Kids and has written for many other online and print vehicles. Her work includes editorial features, online content, brochures, consumer pieces and external and internal marketing communications as well as the development of marketing partnerships and pr strategies. Most recently she oversaw the marketing strategy and implementation for the fashion Internet start-up, Style for Hire. Melissa has her BA in American Studies from Smith College and earned her Master's in Creative Writing from The New School in 2005. She's also a volunteer with Kiva and Catchafire.
