Melissa Killigrew

My professional background is in the legal field, as I have obtained an associate's of applied science in paralegal studies. However, it is through working at an adoption law firm, serving as a life group leader, greeter, and nursery worker, that I realized my true passion in life: Helping others and making a difference in their lives.

I love to bring encouragment and joy into someone's life, whether it is a friend, co-worker, or even a complete stranger. There are so many ways we can bless others and I welcome those opportunities. Relationships are so important to me and I seek to cultivate positive ones.

In addition to my heart and passion, I am a very active and adventurous person. I enjoy running and have done a number of half marathons, triathlons, and even a mud race. I am a risk taker in that I have jumped out of a perfectly good airplane. Yes, I have gone skydiving!

I also find it very fun to decorate. I am a big fan of HGTV and Pinterest and love getting ideas for how to spice up or remodel a place. The house hunt shows also interest me because you get to see how others have designed or brightened up their homes.

Some may say I am a little particular, but I like to think of it as being very organized and detail oriented. There is nothing wrong with that!

I am dedicated, committed, and loyal in what I do. I love life and all the wonderful opportunities that it has to offer.
