I never had a problem with my weight until 2004 when I took a desk job. Within 6 months, I had gained 30 pounds! I spent the year 2005 losing 27 of those pounds with Beachbody programs like Slimin6 and Turbo Jam. In 2007, I found out I was pregnant with my fourth child and due to complications, could not work out. In November of that year I gave birth to my son Draven Matthew and a 39 pound gain! I know Beachbody programs work because I have done them before. I became an Independent Team Beachbody Coach to motivate others while keeping myself accountable. Beachbody's motto is "Decide.Commit.Succeed." Please take this journey with me and we will build a Team of strong and powerful people to put an end to the obesity trend.
