Melissa Previtera

I am currently in my second semester at Kent State University working on a Masters in Library and Information Science. I hope to complete my degree by the Fall of 2015.
I graduated from Ashland University in 2007 with a degree in Business Administration. After graduation I married a wonderful man. We have now been married for almost seven years and have 2 fun boys, Oliver and Leo.
Through the past 7 years I have worked in various academic libraries -- from universities to community colleges. Currently I work part time at Ohio Wesleyan University as the Weekend Circulation Supervisor.
After I graduate with my MLIS, it is my goal to be employed in an academic university where I can focus in the technical services area, specifically in collections management.
In my free time I enjoy vegetarian cooking, painting, photography, and spending time outdoors with my family.
