I am confident in the skills I have learned thusfar in the public relations program at Durham College. The program has given me a deeper understanding and practical knowledge of oral and written communication as well as magazine design, photography and media relations.
My part-time work experience has given me the responsibility of providing exceptional customer service by developing relationships with hundreds of customers and gaining their trust through the sale of products tailored to each of their individual needs. It has also helped develop my teamwork and communication skills and given me confidence when approaching prospective customers.
