Melissa R. Clary is based in Las Vegas, NV and has more than 14 years of private and public sector experience.

Currently, Ms. Clary provides project management for the Information Technology infrastructure installation of Eastern Colorado Healthcare System's replacement Veteran Affairs hospital in Aurora, Colorado, totaling more than 2.2 million square feet at a cost of greater than $800 million. She also provides project management support for major and minor construction projects enterprise-wide in the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Information Technology.

In 2010, Ms. Clary managed an information technologies portfolio of $122 million in assets for the United States Agency for International Development in Washington, D.C. From 2005 to 2010, she sponsored the beautiful parks, trails, and recreation campuses the public enjoys in the Las Vegas Valley with her management of more than $100 million in capital improvement projects on behalf of the city of Las Vegas.

Ms. Clary is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute. She earned a master's of public administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in addition to performing doctoral coursework and authoring published material in public affairs. She has a paralegal certificate from the University of San Diego in business and environmental law. Additionally, she has a bachelor's degree in communication with an emphasis in public relations from San Diego State University.

Ms. Clary is an active volunteer with the nonprofit she co-founded, The Huntridge Foundation, dedicated to preserving the architectural integrity, history and culture of the Huntridge Theatre and the surrounding community. She has served on the historic Huntridge Neighborhood Association board since she revived it in 2011.
