Melissa Richardson Banks

As the founder of the consulting firm CauseConnect established in 1999, Melissa Richardson Banks specializes in helping companies reach their target markets and fulfill CSR goals through signature community programs designed to engage employees, meaningfully connect with charities and causes, and uniquely incorporate the arts and the environment. An independent cultural producer, Melissa plans, creates, funds and executes a variety of events, programs and projects such as museum exhibitions, community festivals, speaker series, classical music concerts, influencer dinners and salons.

In addition, Melissa is an author, book editor, and art publisher. An avid urban cyclist, she's currently on the official rider teams for Tern Bicycles and Nutcase Helmets. Melissa is also a photographer who documents her changing Arts District neighborhood through her Downtown Muse blog.
