With over 13 years of experience in online sales, I currently lead a dynamic team of Online Sales Managers and Specialists across Texas, while also overseeing the training and development of new hires in our department.

Coaching and Development: As a Certified Sales Coach, I am dedicated to empowering sales teams by providing actionable coaching, creating tailored training programs, and leading impactful presentations. I regularly present at our monthly Sales Rallies and weekly Huddles for both the Dallas division and the National Online Sales Team, sharing insights and strategies that promote growth and success.

Content Creation: In addition to my leadership and training role, I also write, record, and edit video content used in 1:1 email and divisional eblasts. My expertise in delivering engaging, high-quality content helps to maintain strong communication with our teams and clients, enhancing our sales efforts and overall business performance.
