Melissa Thompson Esaia has worked in film, television and theatre for almost twenty years. She studied The Meisner Technique with Jim Jarrett for 2 years in his professional, private class. When she completed her studies, Jim invited her to continue on as a teacher-in-training. After spending several years training with Jim to teach the Meisner Technique, Melissa took on several of her own classes and became Jim's lead teacher for The Meisner Technique Studio and now serves as Assistant Director and Head of Faculty. Melissa also oversees The Meisner Technique Studio's casting services and assists with marketing and program development.
