I've accumulated a LONG list of skills and experience over the years - I've always chosen exploration, experimentation, and growth over stability. And I NEVER stop learning. My curiosity is insatiable!

From graphic design to personal training (MS in Exercise Science) to copywriting, SEO and AdWords – and even on to email marketing and website project management – I've had quite the journey!

I spent my beginning professional years in and outside of Washington, DC, playing competitive women's rugby as a flanker/wing forward and working for many nonprofits and Federal agencies (DOJ, INS, DOE). I left the congestion of DC for the Colorado mountains a few years ago. After witnessing the sunshine on the majestic peaks whch surround me, I don't plan on leaving anytime soon!

I believe in choosing and creating a life I enjoy and appeciating the magic in each day. Six months ago I moved near Aspen, CO and have only recently moved a bit more down valley. Right now, my life includes a kid and dogs, rock climbing, yoga, SUP, hiking, meditating, and going to the natural Hot Springs in Glenwood!
