My name is Melody McColl but most people call me Mel. Born and raised in the "big" town of Clio, SC you could classify me as a small town country girl. Many things are important to me, including my education.
I recently graduated from Francis Marion University with a BBA in Accounting and Marketing, earning the highest academic honor of Summa Cum Laude. At FMU I was honored to be a member of the Honor Society, Sigma Tau Delta, Phi Kappa Phi, and Beta Gamma Sigma. I was also chosen as the 2014-2015 FMU Accounting Award recipient. With this knowledge base I yearn to make a greater impact in the business world, where I have started my journey as an Accountant at Marlboro Electric Cooperative, Inc.
My guilty pleasure is in the spotlight, where I love to sing and dance. I enjoy spending days at the river and nights around a bonfire. Staying active and living healthy is essential in my eyes. I also have a sweet spot for animals, friend and family time, coffee, and a good adventure with my sweetheart.
