My name is Melody and I'm a 30 something year old native Texan.

I have a serious love and borderline obsession with cooking, spicy Tex-Mex food, and wine. I'm not a fancy baker but like any good Texas girl I can bake up some delicious Fluffy Buttermilk Biscuits. I also enjoy to make pies and cobbler the way my grandmother taught me.
