Melpomene Selemidis

I'm named after the Muse of Tragedy in Ancient Greek mythology and I love mythology, literature, particularly YA fiction, poetry and short stories. I write poetry and short stories which I share on my blog. I'm working on a novel by night based on mermaid mythology and by day I teach literature to adolescents and hope to inspire them to express themselves and live a creative life. I'm an aesthete and dabble a little in photography, candle and soap making and am in training to be a yoga teacher as well so I can help others be the best they can be!
