Meltem is currently a Finance Business Partner associated with Goodyear Dunlop Tires Operations SA. She has over 14 years of extensive experience in Financial Planning & 7 years in Banking. She has hands-on experience in Budgeting, Accounting and Analysis. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Istanbul. She plays an important role in the finance community to improve cross functional experience sharing. Meltem is responsible for developing and initiating the Annual Operating Plan for the Business unit, Budget Optimisation, and maintaining International Communications within the business. She has a keen interest in traveling, photography and sports.
