For the past consecutive years; 2010 and 2011, 2012 he has also received numerous awards, from Top Producers Award to Top Team Leader Awards. Being in the industry for the past 6 years, with a track record of over 100 personal transactions per year, Melvin is a specialist in Listing homes, with specialty and experience and the knowledge to successfully help home owners get homes sold as well as helping them to restructure their property portfolio, whether its for own stay or investment purposes, he ensures that solutions are planned out for clients in their best interest.

Melvin Lim is a holder of a Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance. Having been a previous MHA Rehabilitation Prison Officer for 3 years, he is someone that has the daily discipline to conduct and manage his real estate business. As someone that was born form an average family and now, a father of 3 beautiful kids.
