Where to begin? Currently, I'm 21 years old, and a student at Oregon State University. I just moved out here from New Jersey, where I spent the last decade of my adolescence. I'm an aspiring writer, and I tend to focus my fiction on the uncertainty of nature, ranging from taking it to a science fiction level, or pushing the boundaries with supernatural surrealism. I love to travel, and road trips have become a huge part of my life. I try and take any opportunity I can to push myself into seeing the chaotic nature of dormant volcanic mountains and cascading waterfalls. Photography is a good way for me to share my experiences with others, so I've started to carry around a trusty Nikon Coolpix with me whenever I feel the urge to snap away. Reminiscing on past photographs is a great way for me to draw settings from real life, capturing every detail, and implanting it into my work. I've come to the conclusion that in order to push myself to refine my craft, I must expand my boundaries, and start striving for criticism and advice.
