I am a BACP Registered Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with over 20 years experience and offer both short and long term counselling. My counselling approach is integrative . I also have Diplomas in CBT and Life Coaching. I see individuals and couples and work with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, anger management, abuse, bereavement and loss, and unresolved issues from childhood.

In addition I am a BACP Senior Accredited Supervisor with 12 years experience of working with both experienced and trainee counsellors.
