Gilles Menguy qualified in Paris in 1998 and London in 2005. He is an international franchise lawyer based in Paris.
He is the founder and managing partner of GM Avocats, a niche franchise law outfit of 10 lawyers. The team's legal skills are transactional (working in over 40 countries), private equity & cross border investments, litigation and unfair competition.
