Ginger Mentz

Since finishing her general medical and specialized residency training, Dr. Ginger Mentz has provided dermatological services to individuals in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and nearby communities in south central Colorado. As a dermatologist in Colorado Springs, Dr. Mentz handles both general dermatology and cosmetic dermatology treatment. Before assuming her duties at Colorado Springs Dermatology, Dr. Ginger Mentz practiced medicine and did her residency with Tulane Medical School in Louisiana, where she also dedicated time to assisting people affected by Hurricane Katrina.

Ginger Mentz began her postsecondary studies at Loyola University New Orleans, where, in addition to earning her bachelor's degree, she participated on the varsity volleyball squad. She then obtained her medical degree from the LSU Health Sciences Center New Orleans before entering the Tulane Health Sciences Center. While at the latter institution, she fulfilled her residency in dermatology and presided over the Cosmetic Clinic. Today, she stays abreast of advances in dermatologic medicine through membership in the Colorado Medical Society, the American Society of Dermatologic Surgeons, and the American Academy of Dermatology.
