Constance has a MS in Psychology, Grand Canyon University 2012; a BS in Human Services, Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota 2007; 80 hours of developmental disability training that entails traumatic brain injury, attention deficit, mental illness, schizophrenia, bipolare and other illnesses

Constance has more than 15 years of experience in behavioral management and 10 years of de-escalation and mediation with adolescents and adults. She has worked in intense treatment facilities as a therapeutic foster parent and counselor in Peoria, IL for the Department of Children & Family Service for five years; she has experience working in a residential treatment facilities for adolescents and adults at Rohman Plaza for two years and five years at River West Day Treatment as a Child Development Technician.

Constance has been trained by Minnesota Department of Public Safety in special tactics on protecting self and others; she is certified to restrain using Non-Violent Crisis Prevention Intervention (NCPI); license to carry by the State of Minnesota; she is also certified by Midwest Gang Investigation Association in drug and gang awareness and related activities. Moreover, Constance has the ability to respond appropriately to the general public in a professional manner in emergency situations using skills obtained through experience, education, and skills.

As a behavior dean in the public school, Constance is responsible for making sure your student understand the expectations in/outside the school perameters to assure safety and security for all. Constance is skilled to cope with each situation differently in order to respect the belief and values of multiple culture.

In addition, Constance is responsible for coordinating, assigning, and updating transportation for 640 students. These are just a few entities she brings with her positive attitude for making a difference.
