I am a yoga instructor and government contractor in the Washington, DC area. I currently am the Executive Assistant to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Logistics and Product Support.

I am a proud veteran of the US Coast Guard, where I served as a Maritime Enforcement Specialist.

In my free time, I am a volunteer animal foster with Animal Welfare League of Arlington. I also have written articles for websites such as We Are The Mighty and Task & Purpose.

I am an alumna of the University of Cincinnati, Wittenberg University, and Kappa Delta Sorority. I remain active in alumni chapters of all three organizations.
