As a Public Administrator, I would be a flexible change advocate that believes in cultural diversity. My liaison experience causes me to be an effective middleman between the government and citizens. A Public Administration position will give me the ability to implement, oversee, coordinate and direct policies and activities on the behalf of the government ( any levels of government, the local, county, state and federal). My skills can manage the responsibility in any areas of justice, labor, finance, education and health.
As I become a Public Administrator, one of my greatest personal qualities of human life is passion, justice, equality, diversity, and helping others. (And) To foster effective communication, leadership and problem solving skills, I eliminate personal judgement to interact with the public without the barriers of income, race, religion and gender, etc., and to demonstrate these communication tools effectively in different dialogues; such as listening, discernment on topics, asking questions for the purpose to build a relationships and understanding from others. I also have the research ancillary skills that will promote achievable success - as I, become the "Public Administrator". My unique skills will be a contribution to a positive outcome on the behalf of a cultural diverse society and for the purpose to improve a "government of equality".
