Hey there, I’m Mercedes. I’m a german language teacher living in Burgos, Spain. I am a fan of innovation, education and technology. I'm a doctoral student in Education at the University of Burgos. In the context of my doctoral research work I have recently started a project related to the impact of social media in learning and teaching German. The target of this project is to implement collaborative methodologies combined with the use of Information and Technologies of Communication (ICT) in teaching and learning German at the „Escuelas Oficiales de Idiomas“. This project is directed by F. Lezcano Barbero at the University Burgos. Its main goal is to realise the effects of the integration of ICT in foreign language teaching and learning combined with the implement of collaborative methodologies.
