My name is Mercedes, but my friends and coworkers call me Benz. I am originally from Arlington, Virginia, and have lived throughout the DMV area and Richmond, VA, I currently live in Georgia. I have been with my current employer for 15 years and my current role is Customer Service Manager. Throughout my career, I have developed a passion for leadership, coaching, and helping others succeed. I am currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in Business Management to continue growing professionally. My long-term goals are to advance into higher levels of management and eventually own my own business.

Outside of work, I enjoy listening to music, traveling, and cooking for family and friends. Giving back to my community is also important to me, and I enjoy volunteering both in my community and at my daughter's high school, where she is a senior this year. During basketball season, you'll usually find me in front of the TV, watching games, and I'm also a huge fan of Big Brother. One of my proudest recent accomplishments was being promoted to manager in a new department and receiving company-wide recognition for my contributions and leadership.
