Mercy has four years of experience in the health, nonprofit and education sector. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Physiology from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria and partook in the business foundations course of Quantic School of Business and Technology, USA. While working as a Community development worker under the National Youths Service Corps (NYSC,a mandatory youth service to the nation), Volunteer service overseas and a programs director under Teenex Network, she was opportune to lead health, education and community development projects which were carried out majorly in low income communities in the Northern, Southern and Western Regions of Nigeria.
Through her engagements and facilitated trainings she has impacted over 400 millennials and adolescents with technological and life skills which have positioned these for better opportunities and for some increased earnings, she has also trained over 250 teachers with effective training methodologies for disabled children and has carried out health education and testing for over 800 people in low income communities.
Mercy has worked as a Country administrative assistant for Angel Broadcasting Network, Programs director for Teenex Network, community development worker with Volunteer Service Oversea and the National Youths Service Corps (NYSC) in Nigeria, Health Educator and Data compilation Officer with Health Reform Foundation and Global Women For Sustainable Development. Through these experiences, she developed strong project coordination, training, strategy, team work, administrative and implementation skills.
Mercy is passionate about continuous growth and learning, she enjoys focusing on topics around Health Informatics, Business Development and Education.
