Hello, I’m Mercy. A Fashion Designer and Tutor with over 5 years experience running TYM FINESSE APPAREL and HUB, a Fashion house, fashion school and co-workspace for fashion creatives in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria.

Driven with a passion to empower girls, youths and women with skills in Fashion Designing, fabric crafts and entrepreneurship, we launched the TYM 30 Girls project in 2021 to empower 30 females (secondary school students, students awaiting admission into tertiary institutions, and graduates seeking employment). This project was a 3 weeks skill marked with success as we had females new to sewing in each category participate and graduated with tangible cloth styles proudly made and won by them.

I have also volunteered as a co-facilitator and trainer in Youth Empowerment (Vocational skills training) at the annual World Youth Skills day and Business Shower Growth projects in Ibadan.

My administrative skills and knack for organization, has enabled me provide administrative support to leaders in business, corporate space and non-profit organizations.

I am computer savvy and work efficiently with Microsoft Office suites, Google Workspace, and other tools for organizing and managing work schedules, setting reminders, managing calendar, preparing reports among others.

I also work effectively with mobile design apps (such as Canva, Inshot, Snapseed, Capcut and more for graphics design and content creation) and social media apps.
