In 2009 as an admin assistant at Texoma Medical Center, I spearheaded the conversion of the volunteer database to a new software system, customizing the new program to more efficiently & accurately meet the needs of the growing TMC Volunteer organization. In 2015, I successfully initiated the transition from a paper-based timekeeping system to a (nearly) fully-automated one. We currently have over 80% of our volunteers using this more efficient method of tracking their hours. I currently maintain a volunteer database of more than 300 active & inactive volunteers.
In December 2012, I graduated from Grayson College with an AAS in Office and Computer Technology including courses in business communications, accounting & Microsoft Office software.
