Hello! I am a third year student at WMU always interested in being involved in as many on-campus organizations, that are of interest to me, as possible. The organizations I am involved in, such as Alternative Summer Experience, have advanced my education at WMU greatly. I believe that these organizations make me a better candidate for future careers, than those who are not actively involved. They have given me experiences that will benefit me in the real world. My objective in the years of continuing my education at Western Michigan University is to gain the knowledge I need to succeed in the real world. I plan to gain knowledge not only in the classroom, but I also hope to obtain an internship during my years of education, so that I am able to better prepare myself for my future after college.
After graduating, I am anticipating getting into the Food and Consumer Packaged Goods industy. I am interested in consumer behavior and helping manufacturers market their products and their overall brand. This industry is a growing industry that is always transforming, which I am anxious to be a part of.
Strengths: I am a good communicator and listener. I pay attention to what people have to say and gather important points and ideas. I am also very detail oriented, I always take the time to check my work multiple times, and make sure it is accurate.
Weaknesses: A weakness that I am working on is spending too much time on one project, making sure it is flawless, instead of moving on to another one.
I am a student currently with a 3.5 GPA. I have gained the communication skills necessary to succeed in the real world. I am actively involved in organizations on campus that put me above other candidates.
