Merley Conrado

Currently I am living in San Jose, USA, and I'm doing research in Text Mining.

I finished my Ph.D. and M.S. in Computer Science at the 'Laboratory of Computational Intelligence' (LabIC) with collaboration of the 'Interinstitutional Center for Computational Linguistics' (NILC). Both labs are enrolled in the 'Department of Computer Science on the Institute of Mathematics and Computer Science' (ICMC) at the University of Sao Paulo (USP), Brazil. I had the financial support of 'Sao Paulo Research Foundation' (FAPESP) and 'Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico' (CNPq).

I lived in Santa Cruz, USA, for 6 months to conduct a collaborative work with Natural Language and Dialogue Systems (NLDS) research group at University of California (UCSC) (2012-2013). I had the financial support
of FAPESP.

I lived in Bilbao, Spain, for 10 months to conduct a collaborative work with DeustoTech research group at Deusto University (UDeusto) (2010-2011). I had the financial support of ERASMUS-MUNDUS).
