"Well I've been eating all my life", I would jokingly say when asked about cooking. I originally started in finance in the corporate world, but a few years of being locked in a cubical, 9-5, I noticed it was slowly killing my soul. So I went on the endeavor of finding my niche. Culinary seemed to be my go-to at the end of the day, so it was logical take cooking from being a simple hobby to being a career.

After cooking a few years in different kitchens it wasn't until I landed at Sotto where I evolved and took on the endeavor of making familymeal nightly for over 2 years with no repeats on dishes.
